Are you an Accredited OSCAR Provider? Yes After School Fun Club is a Level 3 Accredited OSCAR provider. We are also able to offer WINZ subsidies to families that qualify.

How do I book my child in to Before or After School Care? - First you will need to check AVAILABILITY click here. If placements are available we will email you a link to the online booking. If there is no available placements we can put you on our waitlist so please ask.

How do I book my child in to Holiday Programme? - At the bottom of the screen click "Holiday Programmes" Bookings are not open until closer to the end of school term. If you are a current user of After School Fun Club, you will receive a notification email advising you that online bookings are open. If you would like to be notified please join our mailing list. New forms must be completed every school holidays even if you have used After School Fun Club previously as per our Level 3 Accreditation requirements. Placements are limited. If there is availability for extra days I now need during school holiday programme and I already have a booking do I need to do another one? No you do not, please contact the office and we can manually book you in office@asfc.co.nz

Do I need to enrol for before and after school each term or every year? No you do not - your booking is continuous, it will roll over each term and each year until you cancel your booking.

How do I cancel my school holiday programme booking or swap days? Our cancellation policy states that no refunds or credits will be issued once the cancellation cutoff date has passed. This is necessary to ensure that we can effectively roster our incredible staff based on confirmed bookings; any drop in numbers means that we may end up with excess staff, which is not sustainable. Additionally, our activities, venues, and bus charters are prepaid, and our staff invest considerable time in planning to deliver a successful programme. Additionally, we cannot accommodate swaps for booked days post the cancellation deadline. A $10 administration fee applies to cancellations made before the cutoff date. ​Can I put my before/after school care booking on hold if I am away for an extended period of time? Yes, you can if you are away for 6 or more consecutive days. You will need to complete the changes to booking form Click here for further details

​What are the fees? These are shown on each centres page - go to 'programmes' on the menu and select the centre and programme (before and after school/school holidays)

How am I billed? - For before and after school care invoices are emailed to you every Monday for that weeks care. For any casual booking, you will be emailed an invoice the following week. If you prefer not to receive automated weekly invoices, please get in touch with us and we can stop the system emailing you these. During school holidays invoices are emailed to you within 2 working days of your booking.

How do I pay for before and after school care, school holiday programme? Our bank account details are: Kids Domain 06-0545-0282917-00 - use for reference/particulars your child name/last name. These details are also on the invoices that are emailed to you. Payments can be set up as an automatic reoccurring payment (set and forget) - or you can pay manually by direct credit. Payments must be made by due date. For those families that are paid fortnightly/monthly - we request payments are made in advance to avoid your account going into arrears and your booking being suspended, late payment fees. During school holidays - payment is required within 2 working of invoice being emailed. Non payment will result in booking being cancelled.

Can I get a statement? - Yes of course, please email us and we will send you one.

How do I get hold of the centre my child is at? Below are contact phone numbers - please text or leave a message and staff will get back to you when they are at site. If it is loud (in some instances) and your phone call goes unanswered you are welcome to call again.

My child will be absent from programme what do I need to do? Please send a text (preferably) or phone and leave a message on the site number to let staff know your child is away. Please do not email absences after 12pm as the emails are not monitored.

Can I make a casual booking for before and after school care? Yes you can but it is dependant on availability. Please email to check with us.
